Hi, I’m Scott Taylor, the original 15-Minute Landlord. For years I've been watching landlord after landlord suffer. Perhaps they never wanted to be landlords in the first place. Perhaps they wanted to be landlords, but didn't have the skills to succeed.
Perhaps being a landlord just didn't meet their expectations. In any case, they only succeeded in making themselves miserable.
I don't want you to be miserable; I want you to succeed and be happy as a landlord. I truly believe that the buying, holding, and renting out of real property is an amazing way to build wealth. In fact, it should be a part of every person’s diversified investment portfolio.
But being a landlord is a business and to be successful you need to run it like a business. Your ability to be happy as a rental property owner comes down to three factors: your priorities, your system for success, and your ability to capitalize on your investment.
